    Unfolded letter measures: 5.75" W x 6" L.
    Envelope measures: 5 7/8" L x 3.25" W
    The envelope is postmarked December 30th 1882 from Felchville, Vermont. The envelope was cut open on the right-hand side, instead of the top.The envelope has an uncanceled 1881 bluish green 3 cent stamp.
    It looks like a tiny portion of the stamp perforation was cut around the top right-hand corner.
    It was addressed to Don Pollard in Proctorville, Vermont. The sender was C.M. Fay General Merchandise in Felchville, Vermont. The content of the letter discusses the desire to purchase good quality flour.
